The Right & Ethical Approach To Coaching
By taking a plain and straightforward approach to a clients coaching, mentoring or therapeutic needs I am striving to differentiate myself from many of the competitors and coaching and mentoring services being offered.
In my opinion, the coaching and therapy industries have put far too much emphasis on categorising, formalising and over complicating what should be relative simple and efficient services being offered to clients. Whether it's life coaching, relationship coaching, executive, group or any other form of coaching - many parallels can be drawn with regards to what the clients are trying to achieve. Far too many clients find themselves stuck in ongoing coaching (therapeutic and counselling) relationships when in reality the resolution of issues and the setting of goals should be a relatively fast process.
